Shipping information:
We ship via USPS priority and first class package delivery with tracking available once the label is printed.  We try to ship all orders in 24-48 hours from NY and CA. Please contact us if you need expedited service and we will try to make it happen.

TIMERS: We can usually ship within 24 hours if notified a rush is needed.

For repairs/warranty
 on timers ONLY, contact our timer service department.
Timer repairs are certified and performed by the manufacturer. Repair turnaround time is 1-2 days.
